Under the banners of Anto Joseph Film Company and Kichappu Films, Anto Joseph and KG Anilkumar produced the movie, which had a budget of Rs 125 crore. CR Salim and Subhash George Manuel co-produced the movie, which released in theatres on May 1. The film's executive producers are Rajesh Krishna and CV Sarathi.
