On April 28, 2026, the buzz was that Kiccha Sudeep was set to release his nephew Sanchith Sanjeev’s launchpad, Mango Pachcha on May 29, 2026, which seemed alarmingly close to the theatrical outing of Yash’s Toxic. At the time, there were whispers that Toxic was likely to be postponed, but the confirmation came only on April 29, 2026 and Sudeep wasted no time, swooping in to stake claim to that weekend. He will introduce Sanchith to audiences on June 5, 2026.
Mango Pachcha has been co-produced by KRG Studios and Supriyanvi Pictures. The film was meant to be in theatres in early 2026 as the Kannada film for the Sankranti festivities. But the makers then postponed and said, at the time, that they were looking for an alternate date sometime in late February, stating that the delay was because of his incomplete post-production work.

However, it was later revealed that Sudeep had reservations about the final product of the film directed by newcomer Viveka and suggested betterments, which were carried out in his presence. And since KRG Studios’ Karthik Gowda has joined hands with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations and was aware of the inner workings of Toxic, fixing the new date became easier.
Mango Pachcha pairs Sanchith with Kaajal Kunder, while the cast also includes Mayur Patel, Hamsa Prathap, Jai Gopinath, Prashanth Hiremath, Max Manju, Bhavana, Harini Shrikanth, among others. Set in Mysuru in the early 2000s and revolving around a young man’s tryst with the city’s underworld, the film features music by Charan Raj.
