The spy-action thriller Dhurandhar: The Revenge has formally announced its OTT release, following a record-breaking theatrical run earlier this year that dominated the global box office. On June 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM IST, the Aditya Dhar–starring film will be available to stream on JioHotstar.

Title Dhurandhar The Revenge
Director Aditya Dhar
Cast Ranveer Singh
Streaming platform JioHotstar
Streaming date June 4, 2026

JioHotstar will release the film under the branding "Raw & Undekha", indicating that home viewers will receive an unfiltered experience. Subscribers will have access to the highly anticipated sequel to the 2024 hit during the digital debut. The portal will stream the film in the original Hindi language as well as dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu to accommodate a diverse local audience.

In comparison to the theatrical release, the length of the OTT distribution is a major differentiator. According to JioHotstar, the "Raw & Undekha" version of Dhurandhar: The Revenge will be 3 hours and 52 minutes long, compared to 3 hours and 49 minutes in the theatrical cut.

Rumours suggest that the extra three minutes of film include scenes that were either cut or altered to meet the requirements for theatrical certification. Reports from inside the industry indicate that the extended cut returns to Dhar's initial creative vision by restoring furious combat choreography, uncensored speech, and deeper atmospheric moments. This repaired content will be showcased under the "Raw" moniker, which aims to provide a more immersive experience than what was available in theatres.

Ranveer Singh leads the film's ensemble cast, reprising his role as Jaskirat Singh Rangi (also known as Hamza Ali Mazari). Sanjay Dutt plays SP Chaudhary Aslam, while R. Madhavan plays IB director Ajay Sanyal. Arjun Rampal plays Major Iqbal, one of the antagonists, and Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor round out the supporting characters.

With a focus on counter-terrorism and high-stakes covert operations, Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues the storyline started in the first installment and is produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios. In particular, the plot of the sequel focuses on Hamza's covert penetration of Karachi's criminal underworld.

The film reportedly made more than ₹1,300 crore in India before switching to OTT. Releasing an extended edit was a calculated strategy to get people who saw the movie in theatres to see it again. JioHotstar is hoping to take advantage of the film's giant success to boost subscription growth by the middle of the year.

The film will be available worldwide on Netflix under the "Raw & Unseen" moniker, but from June onwards, fans in India will only be able to watch it on JioHotstar.
