Panorama Studios' next Malayalam film has been announced with a pooja ceremony held in Kochi on July 1. Renowned producers Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak are backing this untitled movie, which is being directed by Vivek, who has helmed Malayalam films Athiraan and The Teacher.
Ravi Shankar, who penned Rajesh Madhavan's Pennum Porottum, is writing the dialogue and script for the movie. With a plot full of visual appeal, suspense, and surprising turns, this mystery thriller will offer the audience a fantastic theatre experience. Don Vincent is composing the original background music for the movie. The soundtracks for this movie will also feature well-known independent musicians. The producers have disclosed that the two main stars would appear in an unprecedented and captivating performance of their careers.
The film’s shooting will begin in mid-July, confirmed the makers during the pooja ceremony. The movie’s title, cast, and other details will also be revealed in days to come.
Anna Ben’s last Malayalam release was Thrishanku in 2023. Meanwhile, she appeared in a cameo role in Kalyani Priyadarshan-starrer fantasy thriller Lokah: Part 1 Chandra, which is available to watch on JioHotstar. Sangeeth garnered praise for his intense performance in Nivin Pauly’s thriller Baby Girl earlier this year. The young actor, who rose to fame with the 2024 box office hit film Premalu, recently played an important part in Mollywood Time with Naslen. Mollywood Times, which is directed by Abhinav Sundar Nayak, will be streaming on JioHotstar from July 3 in Malayalam, Hindi and other South Indian languages.
