Mohanlal’s daughter, Vismaya, made her much-awaited debut with the latest Malayalam film, Thudakkam, today (August 7). The thriller, which is helmed by Jude Anthany Joseph, is opening to a fairly positive response, especially from the Malayalam superstar’s fans. Meanwhile, the makers have confirmed that the film’s digital rights have been bagged by JioHotstar ahead of its theatrical rights.

After its 40-day theatrical run, it is reasonable to expect that the film will be available online. Depending on how well it does at the box office and the way the audience reacts, this may also be postponed. In addition to Malayalam, the movie is probably going to be available on the streaming service in other South Indian languages.
