Within two weeks of its theatrical release, Parvathy Thiruvothu's most recent police thriller, Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar, entered the Rs 25 crore club. The film, which debuted on the big screen on September 11, is receiving favourable reviews from viewers. The Tamil version of the movie is slated to debut in theatres on September 25, and a teaser for it has also been made public. The producers decided to distribute the movie directly in Tamil due to its success in Kerala.

Aleena obtains an appointment to the police force after her husband is killed while performing his duties. Her calm initial assignment at the Nattakam station swiftly comes to an end when she and three of her coworkers are accidentally killed during a routine night patrol. Aleena's resolve and core belief in justice are put to the test as she navigates a cunning struggle for survival. For the first time in her career, Parvathy Thiruvothu plays a police officer in Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar. In the first place, the actress's portrayal of the protagonist, Aleena, is receiving accolades from the audience.
The movie is distributed by Central Pictures. Arjun Selva has produced this investigation thriller under the 11 Icons' banner, while Shahad Nilambur is the director. Shahad is well-known for his previous directorials, Prakashan Parakkatte and Anuragam.
