Fahadh Faasil’s next is the Telugu fantasy drama Don’t Trouble The Trouble, which will hit theatres in multiple languages on October 2, 2026. Ahead of it, the team of the Shashank Yeleti directorial released its trailer late on September 22 and going by the response to it, it seems that a section of audiences, especially back on the actor’s home ground Kerala, feel that too much of the story was revealed and that it is unlikely to catch the imagination of movie-goers, much like Mohanlal’s directorial debacle Barroz.

The film, meanwhile, follows Fahadh as Suri, a local street magician and troublemaker who accidentally makes a curious young girl vanish using a spell. Trouble is that the girl is actually a wish-granting genie. What happens thereafter forms the crux of the movie. The film also stars Ssara Palekar and Saurabh Sachdeva, among others, and is being presented by SS Rajamouli in theatres.
Fahadh, who was last seen as the villain Patriot in Malayalam, has a film called Karate Chandran. The film was announced way back in 2024 and is yet to go on floors. In fact, it was rumoured earlier this year that the film was likely shelved, but debutant Roy’s directorial project is still a part of Bhavana Studios’ roster.
