Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming Telugu film Aakasam Lo Oka Tara has locked November 26 as its theatrical release date. The film is directed by Pavan Sadineni, who last made the hit series Dayaa.
The project has created interest with an interesting cast. Dulquer plays the male lead, while newcomer Satvika Veeravalli has been paired with him as the female lead. Shruti Haasan is also part of the film in a key role. The cast further includes Keshav Deepak and Ruhani Sharma.
Produced by Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam under Lightbox Media, the film is presented by Geetha Arts and Swapna Cinema. The technical team includes cinematographer Sujith Sarang, editor Praveen K. L., and music composer G. V. Prakash Kumar.
The film is said to revolve around an emotional, feel-good story, with Satvika’s character at the centre of the narrative. Early promotional material has introduced her as a young woman who wants to become a scientist, while Dulquer’s presence adds a strong pan-Indian appeal to the project.
Aakasam Lo Oka Tara is being planned as a multilingual release, with versions in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi. With Dulquer, Shruti Haasan and Satvika leading the cast, along with Pavan Sadineni handling the direction, the film is one of the Telugu projects to watch out for in the coming months.
