The news led stock of Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CIE) as the shares inched down -0.50% to settle at $7.94 in last trading action following opening the session at $8.24. Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (CIE) released that Shannon (Shane) E. Young, III will join Cobalt as CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER and Executive VICE PRESIDENT . Mr. Young is at present Senior VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER for Talos Energy LLC. He replaces John P. Wilkirson, who has indicated his desire to pursue other interests. These changes are effective September 1, 2015, and Mr. Wilkirson will remain as a consultant to Cobalt through the end of October to ensure a smooth executive transition. The return on equity was -24.00% with 52-week price range of 6.99 – 15.69. The firm’s Debt to equity ratio was .

Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU) moves down -5.81% to closed at $19.77 as compare to its fifty-two week range of 19.74 – 34.07. Actuant Corporation (ATU) stated that its BOARD OF DIRECTORS has appointed Robert Arzbaecher to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. He succeeds Mark Goldstein, who resigned from the Firm and the Board to pursue other interests. “We are happy to be able to call on Bob to return to the position of CEO,” commented Robert Peterson, Lead Independent Director of Actuant. “The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, which is comprised of independent directors, will lead the search for a new President and CEO. During that search process, which will include both internal and external candidates, Bob will provide stability and direction for the Firm. I want to thank Mark for his dedication and service to Actuant over the past 14 years comprising the past two years as CEO during a challenging end market environment. The firm is ahead its 52-week low of 19.74 and going down from its 52-week high price of -42.62%.
