Day Five: tends to feast day. You will eat beef along with tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. (29 grams) portions of lean beef. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five, you must raise your water intake by one quart, this is to cleanse your system of uric acid you will be producing.
Day Six: vegetables and beef. you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.
Day Seven: your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.
Next morning you will be 4.54kg to 7.7KG lighter than one week before. If you desire additional weight loss, repeat the program again.
